2R Inspection & Quality Services and the Razi Applied Science Foundation have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand specialized services for the oil, gas and energy industries.

Key areas of collaboration include advanced inspection, remaining equipment life assessment, failure analysis, Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessment. By combining field data with laboratory findings, these services support more informed decisions on equipment integrity, maintenance, inspection and continued operation.

Within the framework of ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, this collaboration represents a step toward delivering integrated technical solutions that enhance equipment safety, reliability and operational efficiency across the energy industries—particularly amid the challenges posed by wartime conditions in Iran.
